Terms of Service

These terms of service are an agreement between you (“you”, “yours” or “the Client”) and Creator CoLab, LLC ("we," "us," and "our" or “the Company”).

The Company agrees to provide services of the virtual community, The Creator CoLab for Women (herein referred to as “Membership”). Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Membership.

SERVICES

We will give you access to our live online collaborative workspace and learning community. This membership includes all that was included in the offer you purchased.  Days, times and formats of sessions may change based on member feedback and will be reviewed with members prior to any adjustments.

DISCLAIMER

The services are offered on an “as is,” “where is,” and “where available” basis, with no warranty of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including, but not limited to, warranties of title or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect those warranties which are incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

Client understands Company is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, business manager, financial analyst, or accountant. Client understands Company is not qualified to provide legal, tax accounting, or financial planning. Client shall refer any and all legal, tax, accounting, financial planning and investing questions which may arise to a qualified professionals.

Client acknowledges that neither Company, its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third parties, or licensors warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services, or as to the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or content of any information or service provided through the Program.

Client understands that Company does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth or any results of any kind. Client agrees that its results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to, skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business acumen, and finances and in no way dependent on any information Company provides to Client.

Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that Company is not responsible for any loss, property damage, or bodily injury, caused by use of the Program. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Company will not be responsible to Client or any third party claims through Client for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out use of the Program.

DURATION

Membership shall be a minimum of one (1) month in length. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the date of the next billing cycle.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Monthly Membership: Membership is a minimum of one-month. After the first month, if you wish to cancel, the request must be made prior to the date of the next billing cycle.

Payments occur on a monthly basis. You must pay the monthly fee agreed upon in the offer prior to attending any sessions for that month. You acknowledge that you are paying for access to the sessions; you owe the full amount of the offer price even if you do not participate in the sessions for any given month.

Once you pay for one month’s access you are not entitled to any refunds. You may cancel your membership, using the membership portal, at any time before the next billing cycle.

If you miss any payment, your access to the Membership will be suspended until your payments are up to-date.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client accepts and agrees that Client is fully responsible for their progress and results from the Membership. Company will help and guide Client however, participation is the one vital element to the Membership’s success that relies solely on Client. Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client’s performance. Client understands that because of the nature of the Membership and extent, the results experienced by each Client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the Membership.

Client releases us and our employees and agents (if any), from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have or will have in the future against us, our employees and agents, arising from your past, present or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the community, unless arising from our willful misconduct.

COMMUNITY SHARED AGREEMENTS

In all interactions in the Membership community, you agree to:

• Prioritize yourself and your own business success, and take full responsibility for your experience and well-being.

• Support others' business success, through deep listening, encouragement and amplification.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding challenges and honor others' nascent intellectual property.

• Refrain from soliciting business from other participants.

• Give ourselves the space to be imperfect and brilliant at the same time.

TERMINATION

Company is committed to providing all Clients in the Membership with a positive experience. Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s access to Membership without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, difficult to work with or upon violation of the terms as determined by Company. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms of service, our website terms of use and privacy page and any testimonial release form you sign constitute the entire understanding between you and us regarding the Membership.

BY PURCHASING THIS MEMBERSHIP, I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE WORKING AGREEMENTS ABOVE.
